Description: A dwarf bushy evergreen to semi evergreen shrub, dressed with variegated yellow and green foliage during spring and summer months.  Foliage then takes on a stunning orange, red hues as the autumn temperatures drop. The abelia Kaleidoscope has successive flowers though the summer and autumn with pink tinted, white fragrant flowers. Performs best in a sunny sheltered position.   

Characteristics: Busy habit. Ultimate height of 1.0 m and ultimate width of 1.5 m.

Position: Full sun.  South/East/West

Soil Moisture: Moist, but free draining

Soil Type: Loam/Chalk/Sand

Soil PH: Acid/Neutral/Alkaline

Care Guide: Prune during spring April/May.  Occasionally remove more established branches at the base to maintain shape and aid rejuvenation.
